Insurance for 4-H Sponsored Horse Show / Clinic / Events:

Leaders needing help with obtaining a certificate of insurance for a 4-H Horse sponsored event, please see your local Extension Agent or you may email Carrie Swanson at cswanson@vt.edu for more information. You will need to submit date of event, location address and approximate number of people attending. For contracts that must be signed at event locations, please expect 1-2 months turnaround time. Please do not sign contracts on behalf of your club. Virginia Tech must sign on your behalf. Carrie Swanson can help you with that process as well.
