Northwest District 4-H Horse Council

Northwest District 4-H horse project clubs and members comprise the Northwest District 4-H Horse Council, governed by its elected officers and works in collaboration with the Virginia Equine Advisory Horse Council and the Virginia State 4-H Horse Program. This Horse Council is open to all Virginia adult and youth 4-H horse project members and volunteers in the Northwest 4-H District.
